CACEIS Hong Kong started operations in September 09 providing administrative support to distribution services to off-shores funds authorised for distribution in HK and the Asia Pacific region, therefore acting as the Group operational hub for Asia.


As part of the pricing service, which has been operational since December 09, CACEIS Hong Kong verifies more than 40,000 prices each day which are then used by CACEIS’s fund accounting departments in Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties;
  • Update HR internal communication and participate in HR projects;
  • Execute strategies initiatives, compile reporting and analysis, handle related correspondence;
  • Provide professional administrative support on office administration duties including office procurement and maintenance of office equipment and facilities;
  • Support staffing duties including on board and exit procedures and maintain good records, benefits administration;
  • Assist with the coordination of function, interviews and events organization;
  • Manage in full spectrum for handling and monitoring of the company documentation;

Requirements:

  • Non-final year undergraduates;
  • PC literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent English, Chinese a plus;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, well-organized, self motivated, willing to learn and able to work in multicultural working environment;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently and professionally with minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Team spirit combined with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively.

Monthly allowance : HKD12,000-

Duration of programme : 6 months (from Aug 2022)
