Crystal International Group – Employer Branding Intern

Responsibilities: 

  • Create engaging and compelling content to boost our Employer Branding, including Social Media posts, email campaigns, recruiting marketing etc.
  • Manage and improve the candidate’s experience at every touchpoint such as career website, job boards, social media channels etc.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of different online and offline channels
  • Keep abreast of latest market trends and technologies
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree or career in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture and the employee experience
  • Strong interest and good knowledge of social media management
  • Organized and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Tech comfortable/savvy (e.g. social media channels, photo and video editing tools) and data conscious; take ownership to learn new tech tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese
