Loro Piana (HK) Ltd – CRM Assistant (Part time)

Job Highlights:

  • Generate data and prepare various CRM reports
  • Daily operation support of clienteling app
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Roles:

  • Tracking of CRM KPIs and data
  • Generate data and prepare various CRM reports for stores/management review
  • Work closely with retail team and shop staff to ensure campaigns implemented effectively
  • Support on clienteling app development and enhancement projects
  • Daily operation support of clienteling app e.g. enquiry from shop staff, data verification etc
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Support for ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

  • Able to work at least 3 days per week
  • Long-term part-time position
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded, able to meet deadline and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
