Sa Sa Cosmetic Co Ltd – Helpdesk Engineer (Fresh graduate are welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

  • As part of our helpdesk support team, the incumbent will provide operational support to stores, warehouse and office users via phone, chat, email and on-site
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues with the operating system (Windows / Mac)
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Support Microsoft Office, Exchange, VPN, mobile devices, printer & etc.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking, and following up of all incidents

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 5 days working and require to travel to retail store for onsite support
  • Experience in daily operation support is an advantage
  • Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Travel occasionally to Macau
