Sino Hotels – Management Trainee (HR Department)

The Company

Sino Hotels Limited is a hotel operator based in Hong Kong but incorporated in the Cayman Islands. It is affiliated with Sino Land Company Limited in Hong Kong and the Far East Organization in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • To work in HR Department and undergo an 18-month intensive and structured programme
  • Assist in the daily operation and participate in different aspect within Human Resources and Learning & Development Department
  • Support administrative works for developing HR policies & procedures, staff benefits programme, compensation and leave management
  • Participate in different group projects e.g. HRIS, On-boarding programme, web site revamp, etc
  • A supervisory/junior management position and an exciting career are prepared for the Management Trainee who has successfully completed the programme with positive performance and dedication.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
  • Creative thinking, attentive to details, responsive to change, proactive & think out of the box
  • Initiative, energetic and willing to perform shift duties.
  • Strong market sense and good computer skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good in communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience in project handling, HR or Learning & Development is preferred
  • Passionate in people and hospitality industry
