Job Description

The Role:

You will be assisting consultants in handling day-to-day processing of administration tasks of Pensions Fund.

  • Meet clients’ day-to-day administrative needs with respect to the pension schemes
  • Work closely with other analysts and client representatives
  • Understand the client’s plan documents, amendments, etc
  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
  • Follow and update plan processing and administrative documentation
  • Maintain complete and accurate work papers and audit trails
  • Conduct research on clients’ and members’ questions and plan issues

The Requirement:

  • A Bachelor’s degree holder (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word)
