Yamato Logistics (HK) Ltd. – Japanese Speaking Customer Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange forwarding and small parcels shipments for E-commerce Business
  • Handle daily incoming inquiries, calls and documentations
  • Support sales team’s work and provide solutions to customers within timeframe set
  • Coordinate and maintain good communication with internal departments, oversea clients & office, agents and local operations
  • Prepare quotation and invoice
  • Perform any ad hoc assigned when required

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate or above
  • 1 year or above customer service or logistics operation experience is an advantage, preferably gained from logistics service provider
  • Fresh graduate would be considered
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office (word, excel, outlook & powerpoint)
  • Client focus with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
